We can put your logo, company information and anything else you would like on the labels, stickers and boxes. We can also rename the pots so your range is truley unique.

Yes we do. We can literally produce any shape, style or colour you can think of. The only limitation are engineering. We'll advise if your design is not structurally feasible. Please be away that lead times for custom designs is 60+ days.

This depends on your order. We can fill most orders within 7 days depending on inventory levels if you order from our standard range. If you require customisation, expect lead times of 60+ days.

Yes we can. We have over 10 years of sales data, and we know which sizes, styles and colours sell best. The more you sell, the more we sell, so we're always happy to advise.

If you are unable to provide your own design drawings, we provide a collaborative design service for a fee.

We do not offer drop shipping. We ship our products to your location.

All of our products are made from poly-resin which is waterproof, lightweight, suitable for indoor & outdoors, and extremely strong.

Our products are produced in Vietnam.

Yes they are. All our products can be used indoors and outside. They are frost tolerant and can handle temperatures up to 50 degrees celsius.

You can order your pots with or without drainage holes.

However you like! The most cost effective option is pakaged in sets and strapped to pallets. However, we can also package single pots in boxes with your branding.

We have a range of options such as internal branded stickers, product tags, branded boxes, and more.

Our head office is in Sydney, Australia. We also have a team in Vietnam who handle quality control, factory inspections, and product development.

Yes we are. Our parent company TBG APAC PTY LTD also owns The Balcony Garden and Slugg. Private Label Pots provides direct from the manufacturer white label services.

We have equity in several of the factories we work with, while some of the factories we simply engage to produce our products.

You are more than welcome to visit our 3000m2 factory in Sydney Australia. At this stage, we do not facilitate visits to our factories in Vietnam.
